21-Day Stretching Challenge

Here at Dance Insight, we’re always trying to learn and grow. This stretching challenge was created over 5 years ago, and does not incorporate our current understandng of healthy stretching. Dynamic stretching is a much more effective way to improve your flexibility than the static stretching used in this challenge. We plan to update the challenge very soon! Until then, we are leaving it here because we know this page still gets a lot of traffic.

If you’re going to try this stretching challenge, please make sure you warm up before stretching, and pair the stretches with strengthening exercises for the same muscles!
